Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, by Royal Mail. You can have your order sent to yourself or directly to the person you're sending it to.
Orders are printed and posted within 1 working day. Royal Mail delivery then usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
Cards
Delivery is free on every card, for every customer.
Prints
Postage for prints depends on the size. Choose the service you want in your basket:

A3 prints are too large for a letter, so they're sent as a small parcel and First Class isn't available for that size. If you order two or more prints in the same size to one address, delivery is free. If a basket has more than one size, postage is based on the largest.

Returns
Personalised cards and prints are made to order especially for you, so they can't be returned.
Non-personalised prints can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please get in touch first and send the print back to us by post. You pay the postage for returning it, and we refund the price of the print once it reaches us.
Refunds
If an error has been made on your card by us, we will refund you and send a replacement free of charge.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
